Alliott Group is an worldwide alliance of independent accounting, law and consulting firms. With more than 160 member firms in some 60 countries, the group meets the local and cross-border needs of its members and their clients.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants is the national, professional organization for all Certified Public Accountants. Its mission is to provide members with the resources, information, and leadership that enable them to provide valuable services in the highest professional manner to benefit the public as well as employers and clients.

The California Society of Certified Public Accountants is the largest state CPA society in the nation. CalCPA has always advocated for the highest ethical and professional standards for California CPAs, working closely with the California Board of Accountancy and state Legislature to ensure the interests of the public, business and CPA community are served.

The Center is an autonomous, nonpartisan, nonprofit group based in Washington, D.C. It is governed by a Board that comprises leaders from the public company auditing firms, the American Institute of CPAs and the investor and issuer communities. The organization is affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs.

The PCAOB is a private-sector, non-profit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.
